MORGAN PORTER is a costume technician and educator for theatre, opera, and ballet. She holds a BFA in Costume Design and Technology from the University of South Dakota and moved to Philadelphia in 2017 where she began freelancing and teaching. Morgan started as a stitcher in the Villanova Costume Shop in 2024 and accepted the role of Assistant Costume Shop Manager in 2025. Outside of the Mullen Center,  you can find examples of Morgan's work on stage at Opera Philadelphia, the Arden Theater, and the Walnut Street Theater. You can also catch her in the classroom at Moore College of Art and Design.
